Offer Codes

Use this reference data to manage the offer codes used for offers made to applicants. Offers are usually the requirement for a prospective learner to achieve a certain level of attainment in their examinations. Offer codes can be created on the basis of grades or points (the prospective learner must attain a number of certificate level points or certificate level grades).

When you have added the required offer codes for your institution, you can then manage the offer elements to associate with them by clicking the Offer Elements button on the Admin Commands ribbon to display the Offer Elements window.

Offer elements are the specific attainment requirements. Here you can specify the description and offer level for the chosen offer code and add, duplicate, and delete offer elements as required.
